Default 2001 Durango Heater/AC problem.

So I'm new here. Hi. How are ya? This is my second Dodge vehicle ever, first truck with Dodge, and i love the damn thing even though it sucks on gas. Made me love Dodge actually.

I'm having a problem with my heater/AC blower only blowing in the front defrost position. The selector **** doesn't seem to be functioning properly, or won't switch to any other position. The rear heater won't even work either except in the very back. I've tested all electrical on the selector module itself and I seem to be getting juice, but still can't figure the problem. I am open to any troubleshooting ideas anyone has and would be happy to give more information if needed. If you take the time to respond, i really appreciate it.

Check for the vac. actuators at the heater box .. they tend to go bad or the lines come unhooked .. (down side is you have to pull the dash to get to it ) ... Also you may have lost vac in the engine bay ( this is where i would start to look ) there is a small vac line that run from the engine to the fire wall . check and see if you have vacuum at this line .. if not that would be the problem ... hope you find it .. good luck .

2001 has electric actuators for the blend and direcional doors, if i were you that is wherei would start, are they functioning? if so you have a broken door in there, if not then you need to start tracing wires to see where the signal break is occuring. (it may be as simple as a loose plug)
