is it possible to change the oil pan gasket while only dropping the pan down, but not removing it? IOW....not disassembling everything that needs to be removed like if changing out the oil pump. would i be able to work the new gasket into place without cutting it or deforming it?

durango is a 1998 5.9L with 3" rancho suspension lift.
