Does anyone have pics or a schematic of the 1st gen(99)2wd d's rear leaf spring to lower shock mount setup. I can't find pics/schematics on any site. All show a 4wd setup. Any help and knowledge is much appreciated. The 4wd's have 2 u bolts connecting to a bottom plate under the axle and leaf spring to which the bottom shock mount is located. 2wd's are differant but I can't find any info.

thnx go part....thats a rear susp. schematic for a 4wd d and I was able to find that pic also. My setup is alot differant. I don't have that shock plate underneath the leaf springs. I'm going to try to upload a pic of what mine looks like. I couldn't upload it yesterday for some reason. I've got a pic in my photo album area though.

 

I just loaded up the pic of my rear shock to leaf spring setup on my 2wd shelby d...anyone know if all 2wd 99 d's have this setup..its much diffrerant than the 4wd..ie, no shock plate connecting u bolts to plate under leaf spring....p
