01 durango getting 6mpg plz help!!

The only thing I could think of was the downstream 02 and the CAT that is left that could be causing it and I do have a code since Ive bought it po601 the computer was replaced before I bought it "supposedly" and it's still on it, everything I read is your computer it shot. go get a new one, and people replacing the computer and this code still comes back, it seems to me it's some kind of dodge **** up this is causing this code at least in my case cause its always ran normal except mpg and seem not to have the power it should

The Downstream O2 sensors only job is to tell the PCM if the CAT is working.. Upstream O2 is the only one that effects the fuel.
