Default Weird Bass issues from kicker box

Ive had help with everything else so why not try this, lol

I just got my entire sound system working with 4 new 6.5 pioneers and I got 2 -12 kicker box in the back. 1 kenwood amp that drives the bx, amp that drives the doors & a capacitor

I have noticed when I have my radio on 20 which is like the perfect level in my truck I seem to get like a bass dropoff when I come to stops, as soon as I accelerate after a good hundred feet itll start back up again but this process repeats itself everytime I come to a stop.

ideas? I double checked all wires & connections and they look fine, my batteries been tested 3 times in the last 2 months and each time its passed, other then that I just dont know what else to check.

Check your fuses, Mine had a similar problem and it turned out to be a fuse that was melting. if not that then what size cable do you have ran to it? and how many watts?

It's not a stock deck with auto loud right? Loose connection would be next. Bad cell in battery. The pcm controls alternator so that's not option. Too. big of a cap? I dont run one and I have 2 amps with 1500+ on tap with more on reserve. I don't boom...much any more but I can rock Hot for Teacher for the block.

not a stock stereo, its a old kenwood faceoff.

I checked the fuses and didnt run across any bad fuses, The wires even though I dont know the size are fatter cables I would say, they are all proper.

I thought altenators took over powering the vehicle while driving so how could this be a battery?

and I dont mean to sound ignorant, I just am, Im about 20 years late on learning how all this crap works, lol

the battery is a reserve, the alternator provides more than enough power to run stuff most of the time while the engine is on, however there are times where it cant keep up with the demand and the battery must pick up the slack.

also a dead battery is a very significant load on the electrical system which means less power available for everything else
