I have a 1998 Dodge Durango V-8 5.9 liter 4x4

I drove the vehicle the other day with no problems and the next morning it will not start. When turning the key the engine dies just as it sounds like its going to take off and will not start at all. I have put in a new starter/ battery replaced the crank shaft sensor and the ignition coil checked for and it is getting spark. I can hear the fuel pump start when turning the key and the fuse and relay check ok. Any help would be appreciated as I am getting fuel and fire and no start. Thanks in advance.

Also I have noticed it would run really ruff once in a while and seemed like it wanted to stall out. After driving it a while it would be fine.

 

have you checked the fuel pressure? you have fuel but not enough, should be around 50psi at the fuel rail

 

After posting this thread I went to the parts store and rented a fuel gauge and yes it has steady pressure at 50 psi any other thoughts?
