Default A/C Blows Hot, But Barely Blows Out

Well, im sure its in the infinite forum somewhere but i just couldn't find it... my 2000 D is having a problem with the A/C. Surprising right!
But really, My A/C blows cold like a champ. it heats just fine too. But my problem is that whenever i use my heat and it can be on any speed setting (1 to 4) it will still blow out at less pressure than the usual lowest setting... In simple terms...
It blows great on cold but blows like crap on hot.

Any reply would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

i would look at the blower resistor, i could easily see it getting hot and blowing too weak because of this, it is stuck into the vent for 'cooling' after all and blowing hot air over it will cause it to cool less efficiently

Replace the fuse in the resistor or buy a new blower motor. Did that for my dodge.
