Hey fellow DD's! Newbie here!
Just thought I'd say hi to everyone! I'm from NH and needed a winter beater to help me get thru the winter months and floods at times. I also needed a reliable truck to haul my BMW M3 around. Anyway here's a few pics of her:

I want to upgrade my chip/software, install a CAI and free flowing exhaust for now. Do you guys have any suggestions?
I'm thinking:
Airaid CAI

Flowmaster Exhaust:

Also I'm not familiar with software but I found this kind to be enticing: Any thoughts?

I would not go with the chips. Rather, go buy a PCM programmer made by superchips. They make PCM programmers for the 4.7 engines. For the cold air intake and possibly exhaust, you may like to go buy the Mopar brand if you like to keep everything stock looking under the hood. Mopar makes great after market performance upgrades.
Red Rider Bob posted the Mopar catalog here somewhere on this site so you may want to do a search for it.

I like my Flowmaster exhaust on my 5.2L. It sounds like a Flowmaster should! I ended up with the 50 SUV series - which is a little quiter, but you always know that it is there. Magnaflow has some nice exhausts as well. Many prefer that sound over the Flowmaster's. Magnaflow has sound bites on their website.
If you are serious about your towing, you may want to consider a new intake and throttle body. You can get both in the aftermarket. That would help in realizing the potential of the free flowing exhaust and easy breathing CAI.
Personally, I would be driving the M3 and not towing it [sm=gears.gif]
