Power lock and blower knob backlight issues
Hi everyone,
I have three issues with my 99 Durango that I hope I can get your help with.
1) when the toggle for the power locks is flipped, I can hear the relays click but the locks don't actually move.
2) when the headlights are on, the backlight for the AC/Heater blower ***** don't illuminate. However, they do illuminate if the headlights are off. Also the blower will not actually blow.
It is clearly an electrical problem of some kind. I'm just hoping someone can provide some guidance. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery and the issue persists. Thanks, everyone!

Quick follow up. I just noticed something odd. The row of blow ***** seem to be acting like the dome lights: when I open the door, they come on. When I close the door, they stay on for about 30 sec and then go out.
Regarding the locks, I tested them in both the locked and unlocked positions and they will not functions either way. I can hear the relays click but that's all.
