Default 2001 Durango jumped timing

I have a 2001 Durango with the 4.7L. The odd bank jumped timing. I am trying to figure out if I should be concerned with valve and/or piston damage. I don't want to pull the heads if I don't have to. Any advice or insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't remember if the 4.7 is an interference design or not, but you could do a compression test to check for valve damage, once you correct the timing of course.

the 4.7 is an interference engine if you manage to jump time there is a chance the pistons could hit the valves
