Quick question

Can a P0441 code cause my '02 4.7 to "chug" on acceleration? Once it warms up it's fine - but the initial acceleration for the first 5 minutes or so it "chugs" are responds poorly to the gas pedal.

I'd say yes. From my experience with the same 02, 4.7, just about any code it kicked up, would make it run differently. These trucks don't like the CEL to be on.
