I have a 1998 durango 4x4 with the 5.9 auto tranny 31x10.5 tires...my question is with the 5.9 should i have enough power to turn the tires over from a dead stop or do i have loss of power somewhere???? The reason i am asking is I was at a stop sign and when i went to pull out a car popped over a hill so i punched the gas expecting the tires to slide or spin and nothing happened besides a slow pick up of speed.....I realize this is not a race car and i don't drive like i have a race car. I was just thinking that a 5.9 should have more power than what mine has
I have done a full tune up as well as new cat and muffler
