Smile 99 durango misfire cylinder one

hi there I found a Durango for sale,has 153,000 miles and the owner says it needs a tune up. the owner says it has a misfire in cylinder one.

befor I buy it . will it cost a lot to fix the misfire and what needs to be fixed inorder for miss fire to be gone...any ideas..

Could just be as simple as a plug/wire/distributor problem which is a maintenance issue anyway and wouldn't be all that expensive. THere are other cause like compression loss in the cylinder and such, but chances are its just the plugs and wires.
