Default Disk brake conversion?

Ok so im done with the rear drum brakes on my durango. Are there any durangos that came with disk brakes out back or any other dodge that will bolt on? I replaced the entire rear brake system on this thing and the rears keep hanging up after stopping fast. My girlfriend uses the d for work an drives quite a bit for her job. So i want this thing in top shape. After spending close to 500 on the rear brakes alone an to have it still be acting up i am not very happy with my D at this point. Any insite on the conversion would be awesome. I tried searching but came up empty.

2003 is the only year in 1st gen that came with rear disc brakes.... There are many, many people out there that have did it and there are a few threads out there on it on many sites.. The one that comes to mind as the most recent is FirePro911 he did it and even has a thread about it... perhaps you could PM him for some help..

i did a search and came up with these threads ~>

and there where a few more but these should provide a bunch of help to get started.
