Default Losing coolant

Hello all,

My Durango ('03 5.9L) has had overheating issues for a long time. Have taken it to a couple of repair shops with the following results:

First shop visit: Replaced electric cooling fan and flushed the cooling system ... no fix.

Second shop visit: Replaced water pump and radiator cap ... no fix.

Basically, the truck is still losing coolant, causing it to overheat while sitting still (it stays cool when moving down the highway). I do not see an obvious coolant leak anywhere.

Any ideas?

did you check the oil to see if it is going in there?? almost sounds like a head gasket.
