No Power- Fuel Pump Relay

Help Please- No Power to Fuel Pump Relay
Hello,
Replaced fuel pump, cam/crankshaft sensors, fuel pump reply- still no start.
I was testing all relays in the fuse box, noticed the fuel pump relay has only one port #30 with power. (key on) Without power to the fuel pump relay, I apparently do not have power to the fuel pump as well. When I turn ignition on, the fuel pump does not whine....
There are no error codes.
Fuel Pump relay 5 connections-
Any suggestions/ideas please?
