knocking

Default knocking

I have a slight knocking buy my front drivers side tire I am thinking ball joint is bad any ideas?

When do you hear the knocking noise? (slow turns, bumps)

Have you raised the vehicle and checked the camber in the wheel? Grab the top and bottom of the tire and push in/out on top and bottom, do you get a lot of movement? That would be indicative of bad ball joints and possibly tie rods as well. Also, rotate the tire while it is up in the air and see if you hear the same noise.

I hear it during slow turns.

Its not bad but I don't want it to get worse. Hoping it is an easy fix.
