I'd like to upgrade to this type of key in the eBay listing, would be nice to just have a key to carry rather than a key and remote. I have a 2001 SLT+ with the factory security and the gray "Sentry Key". I just want to know if a compatible one exists before I go and buy one just to find out it won't work with my truck.

That one probably won't work but there is a guy on eBay that sells folding ones that will.

 

nope they wont work, i personally preferred having them serparate bc i could start the engine and leave it running w/ the vehicle locked by taking the remote with me
