I'm wanting to supercharge my 5.9 durango but I don't want to pay the 5500 for a kit so i'm going to price buying the parts separate and see what the cost comes to. Only thing is I'm new to superchargers and don't know what all I will need besides the supercharger itself. Thanks guys!

 

I think this is more optional, but I would also get an intercooler with it, will help make the air cooler and more dense so more will pack into the cylinder. I know you'll also need some tubes and fittings as well as a tuner to tune the engine to the new setup. I'm sure someone else will also have better details.

 

I know the main pieces i'll need but I didn't know about the "littler" items needed. i'm hoping someone can help me out. I've seen people on other forums say theyve build a kit for under $1000 so i figured I'd try it
