Not when it's a vacuum leak, it'll just suck them in

Yeah, it's something like that, and i found the source of the leak or whatever it is...it's coming right from the back of my a/c blower switch,right where the vacuum lines connect. now should i replace the lines and the switch? And could not having complete vacuum on there make it behave like this? i had the whole dash off because i thought maybe i pinched the lines somehow, but no. Should i replace the switch?

I'd try just the lines to it first and then the switch if you still have issues.

If anyone is still watching this thread, I replaced the switch and lines, and it's still doing it. Disconnected the vacuum line from the firewall and I can still hear it, anything that could come disconnected around there?
