Question Vibration/shaking at higher speeds

My problem, 2000 4.7 Durango 4X4 during 30-38 mph front end starts to have low vibration/shaking. 50-60 mph the vibration is very aggressive and loud. When given throttle the vibration is stronger vs releasing the gas its less vibration, but still very noticeable. Only happens when driven. I can feel the vibration in the steering wheel and I can feel the vibration when my left foot is on the floor. The entire front console vibrates. The SUV still drives strong and quick powerful response with no lag at all.

Im thinking drive shaft or transfer case, but Im not sure.?! very frustrating!!

Things I have changed recently:
Spark plugs, spark plug coils, full synthetic oil changed every 3500 miles, wheel hub both sides, tie rods, upper lower ball joints, alignment performed, brand new tires, replace complete rear axle w/house and included rear differential.

Any help would be great. Dont want to end this great vehicle just yet.

Would it be worth it to have Dodge Dealership to inspection for exact problem? Will cost me money for an inspection???
