The service manuals say if air got into the ABS unit it can only be bled with the use of a DRB scan tool that you generally only find at dealers or large shops as they are expensive.

Yep, you only have to bleed it with the drb tool (at the stealer) if you get air in the abs system. Now I'm not sure if air would have gotten in there while you were changing out those parts or not. My Durango is the only car I've had with abs and I've never changed the master cylinder or booster on it.
