Default Help my 99 durango slt 5.9L is driving me crazy

I need help I have a 99 Durango 5.9L SLT and I cannot figure out what is causing it to bog down, spit, sputter, stutter, and jerk at highway speeds. When this starts I have to punch the accelerator to get it to pick up but once I level off it does it again. Done a tune up, looked for and did not find an EGR valve & MAF Sensor. I hooked it up to a computer and the codes it threw were Air/Idle Control and Sensor 1 bank 1. I also corrected my clogged catalytic converter problem. Now I am wondering if my MAP sensor could be the culprit. PLEASE HELP

Does it do anything else when it starts stumbling? Is the issue random or consistent under certain circumstances?

Tune up? Did you change the cap rotor and wires.
