R/T bogging down

R/T bogging down
I have a 2000 R/T. 76K miles. The engine bogs down from a start. Starting to get dangerous when pulling into traffic. This is what I have changed/cleaned so far:
1. removed and cleaned throttle body
2. Installed new spark plugs
3. Cleaned the K&N filter
4. Checked/cleaned PCV valve
5. Plug wires, distributor, and rotor only have 20K miles.
Anything else I should check? Throttle Position Sensor??? Any suggestions appreciated. The Dodge dealer is a last resort!
Also, my tranny shifts strange. Kind of like it can't decide between gears??? I've seen the posts about replacing the rear wheel speed sensor and tranny sensor. It's relatively inexpensive, so I will change them. Could this help the "indecisiveness"?
Thanks,
Eric

RE: R/T bogging down
I would replace all of the above. You might want to replace your trans filter and ATF+3 fluid. This could be the culprit. Also check your fuel pressure to make sure that your filter isn't plugged. Also have your catalatic converter back pressure test done, most shops will do it for free. You want no more than 4 lbs. back pressure.
