Has anyone did a custom install to install a air filter for the interior cabin?

The ice and snow is finally melting away in DFW and all that sand/salt is flying all over the place. Brown haze over DFW. Our 1st gen Durangos does not have any filtering when drawing air from outside. I have to put on a dusk mask when driving around DFW to keep myself from inhaling all that dust and salt.

I would like to see if there is any way we can custom install an air filter to filter the outside air coming into the interior.

 

I remember seeing something along the lines a while back. May have been on another forum. But I do remember a couple guys doing a cabin filter install.
