Default Rig stalls while running...

Driving around doing errands today when all of a sudden my idle started being erratic, with the rpm going from 650 to 400 to almost shutting off then when i get on the gas it would surge forward. Then it stalled in the city and i had to turn the key to start again. I read up on this problem but it seems like for most they cant start the car for another 5 to 10 minutes when I can start right away. Could it be my iac? Oil sludge? EGR? I had my inspection done today and they said the truck wasnt throwing off any codes...i just failed because my third brake light isnt working and my inner tie rods need to be replaced as well as the front tires. Otherwise they said everything was mint...they said its the cleanest durango theyve seen in ages lol.

Could be the IAC or the battery/battery connections. As for the 3rd brake light, the connections got dirty on mine once, but I cleaned them up and it's been working fine since.

As in the positive/negative connections on the battery itself or a bad ground somewhere in the harness?

For the stalling, most likely at the battery or PDC, but can't rule out anything.

I agree, I'd get a new battery, you'll need on sooner or later anyway. If not, then swap the IAC and check connections.
