Alarm system
I have a 99 durango with the 5.2 the factory alarm won't stop going off and it just keeps going off.. And the driver side door doesn't unlock the truck only the passenger door will unlock the truck. How do I by pass the factory alarm system?

You may need a new CTM. A new CTM will also require reprogramming of key fobs (to be performed at dealer.
Car-parts.com is a good place to look for use CTM (not a common enough issue to worry about snagging from another vehicle).
Also check dealer prices on programming key fobs. Dealer in tx wanted $60 per fob. Dealer in Colorado (went to for vacation) charges $25 unlimited fobs.
