Default NEW DURANGO OWNER!!! with a heating issue...

Hey all Im a new Durango owner and I love it!!! Except that it is 30 below outside and the heater fan doesnt work... you can turn the **** all day and nothing happens, I already pulled the dash and replaced the blower motor resistor...NOTHING changed, the fan still does not turn on, but heat does come out it just depends on how fast you are driving. SO BASICALLY CHANGING THE RELAY DID NOTHING ANY ideas would help this new Dodge owner!!!!!!

also I just pulled the old resistor out and plugged the new one in just like that.... was that correct??

Oh damn sorry guys, It is a 99 durango slt 4x4 5.2
(thanks that guy!!)

I have checked fuses (unless its a hard to find fuse) no issues there, and I have lost my voltmeter, just FYI

What year is your Durango? 98-00 trucks had 3 fuse boxes that I know of, one under the hood, one on the side of the dash under the door, and one on the backside of the dash one (you have to reach up under the driver's footwell).
