6' 5" 340lbs...got plenty of legroom and not cramped between the console and door. My 4 year-old gripes about the seat being all up in his space, but he'll survive. I have a sunroof in mine which is a must, though. There is a hump that drops down from the ceiling just behind the driver's seat. When I put the seat back and tilt it so I'm comfortable, my hair brushes on that hump. The models (at least mine) with the sunroof don't have that hump. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have bought it.

Our other vehicle is a 2004 Jeep Liberty Sport 2wd. We got it instead of a Grand Cherokee because the ergonomics were much more suited to my size. Only thing is I'm a little crowded between the door and console. I learned long ago that size doesn't matter. Two of the roomiest cars I've owned have been an '85 Toyota Corolla and an '87 Ford Escort.

Interesting. You are a big dude. I'm 6'4 @ 170 and I feel the cab is border line small. Then again going from a 12 fusion to a 07 Envoy to a 01 Durango to a 12 Ram crew.. I guess the ram just wears off on me with its roomy interior.

Most the time I drive the envoy and I feel that is bigger than the durango even tho both look close in numbers on paper.

I plan on having her around for many years to come. I'm prepared to make the investment on the frontend work, tranny, and engine when the time comes. Right now, though, I just want to put some tight-fitting jeans on her and pretend we're still in our prime.

How's that for answer.
Hahaha I think thats the best post I've ever read on here! I feel like it describes alot of our feelings about our Durangos.

the 2" T/S lift really adds a whole new look to the vehicle. My shocks were still good when I did mine, and I just had my rears replaced before I ended up trading it in. My Durango had 13X,XXX miles on it and they may have been changed by the previous owner, but none of the receipts I had showed it. The ride quality didn't change for me. OEM size shocls are good for a specific range, and adding 2 inches still has you well within the limits.

I guess it's all in what you are familiar with. Besides the Corolla and Escort, my other vehicles were a Ford Tempo, a couple of 1st Gen Caravans, and a Honda Prelude...all from the 80s. I loved my Caravans the most, but couldn't justify the constant tranny rebuilds. The Liberty was our first "new" car and then the Durango came along.

Thanks for the input. I read up on the Reflexes and ordered a set. They should be in this week. If all goes well and the weather stays right, I'll have a project for next weekend.

AMEN to that man. I'm doing this T/S lift and I think I'm gonna run the Rancho RS9000 shocks.
