So I changed the discs, but the rotors are rough and need turning. If I can get them off myself I can get done for a fraction of the $135 the local shos charge to remove the rotors and turn. Being a 4x4, how difficult is this? The rear drums come right off.
Thanks in advance, you guys rock.

Dude.... Removal is simple... just pull off caliper, and tap on the rotor to break the rust-seal.
I would NOT EVEN THINK OF TURNING DURANGO ROTORS !!!!!! OEM replacements are only about $40 at Advance Auto Parts and I got real snazzy cross drilled, vented rotors, new on eBay, for $100 with Shipping.
Rotors are cheap, cheaper than turning. Get new ones....

jciscott is absolutely correct. It is not WORTH turning the OEM rotors on a Durango/Dakota. The rotors are made of much softer/crappier material then they need, and often wear out relatively fast. You are better off spending $90-150 and replacing them with better aftermarket parts. Trust me, you will notice a big difference. The stopping ability not to mention less brake dust all over your front wheels will show up quickly.
Honestly, I'd be surprised if any shop was even willing to turn your rotors as I've had 2 Dakotas and no shop would even so much as touch my OEM rotors....
Good luck on whatever you decide!
