Default removing dash panel for radio

I am going to install a cd player and need to know how to remove the dash panel around the radio. I pulled some of it but the part around the cluster would not come out. thanks

Remove 3 small torx screws holding plastic under driver dash.
Unclip the parking brake release rod.
Pop off that lower panel by pulling it toward you.
Remove 2 screws pointing up under speedo brow.
Tilt steering wheel full down.
Start at the left and pull dash bezel toward you (pops off) all the way over to the other side of the radio.
When it's out a couple inches, pop off all the electrical connectors.
The long plastic panel should be able to be finessed over the steering wheel.
Done.

I must have done this at least 20 times since I got my D in '01. I don't use the two speedo brow screws any more.
