Default Struts or Shocks

Hi everyone, would you know if my 2002 Durango has struts or shocks on the front end?

Shocks, no struts. 2wd and 4wd had different suspension setups though in the front. 2wd is coil springs and 4wd is torsion bars.

Thanks very much "that guy", its the awd with torsion bars. I thought when I looked under but couldn't be sure - I want to change the 4 shocks myself.

or even Amazon.com

Amazon prices tend to move around, but if you are patient, you can find the best price there.

As for Shock Brand, that is a personal preference.

Rule of thumb is to not buy cheap, otherwise you will spend the money a second time to get the better shocks you should have bought the first time.

Yeah dont buy cheap. My 12yr old durango handles much better than my new loaded fusion

But my fusion has same amount of power as my durango under half the weight. So thats fun..
