I am having two problems with my 1999 Durango.

1) Defrost only blows air only when it feels like it. Fan works great, it just doesn't get directed to the defrost like it should. When I put the dial to defrost it doesn't work right away but sometimes starts working 10 minutes later.
2) Cruise control does not maintain speed and the accl/resume never works.

Can anyone help?
