Default 01 R/T 5.9 AC woes

Okay alittle back story, The AC was working when bought about 7 years ago, It is my mothers Big D, Well about two years ago the Rad went out in it and my idiot brother removed the condenser to pull the Rad and all he did was recharge the system,

Now before he did that the rear blew cold but it never was ice cold it was just alittle cool and blew just alittle even on high, And the front before always blew ice cold

After the front only blew barely cool and nothing in the rear,

Like a month afterwards i get the time to come visit and fix his mistakes i pull a vac on the system check for leaks and refill the system so now the rear is back to blowing like before but nothing but room temp out the front, The compressor is staying on, the PSI is at factory spec, but i have notice the lines at the front expansion valve one is cold but not like i am use to seeing its not even getting cold enough to cause condensation on the line and the other isn't hot its just slightly warmer than the other, if the compressor was bad the rear would not be working like it was before would it?

I am thinking the expansion valve is bad but i am not 100% sure... Any tips?

When the AC system goes bad, its generally a good idea to replace the oriface, the condensor, the evap. Thats it. The rear would not have been affected as it runs on a seperate system than the front. When you replaced it, did you put it on a vacuum for 30+ minutes to suck out all condensation and create a negative pressure in the system?

Also you in statesboro? I live in Effingham lol but am down in Polk county FL right now on vacation.

Um the rear feeds off the line at the connection block on the firewall at the front's expansion valve, I know the rear has its own expansion valve and evaporator etc, but it feeds off the front.
