Default issues getting it to start

I have a 1998, 5.2 v8 Durango. One day it just wouldn't start. When I try to start it, it cranks for a couple seconds, then only a second the second time and then it won't at all. I've checked the battery along with the starter. The alternator is new along with the tensioner pulley. I've checked the voltage between the starter battery and alternator. The voltage rodent drop either when trying to start the car. Not sure what to check next. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

does it click, or act like the battery is removed? You say you checked the starter do you mean you had it load tested? It could be drawing too much current. Also check you chassis ground if it's corroded it won't let it start

It clicks the first time and a little the second time I turn the key. It doesn't do anything the third time but usually repeated the process after I take the keys out. The lights and radio also won't turn on anymore but dings when the door is open. It makes me think the battery but it is charged and it's passed a load test at O'reillys.
