That all depends how much damage has been done internally. You wont know till you get the engine tore down.

definite maybe, the real question is how much is a rebuild compared to a reman engine by the time you machine the block, and crank )or replace crank if really damaged)?

Think how much damage a peice of steel can do inside your block while its being thrown around at 3000rpm and hitting stuff.
I've had them punch holes through the side at cruising speed on the highway.
Just BOOM. Its over.

Just checked it out and it made a hole in the oil pan the question is how bad is it?? The mechanic will check it out later today and I'm already looking to pay more then what I thought it would cost.

if it was me I think I'd either get a reman engine or find a used one with low miles

Oh man, you let one of the members United hamsters Union Number 281 escape. Once one runs away the rest will soon stop working and go on strike for unfair work conditions. Best to lock them out and replace with scab hamsters from another Durango or hire a retrained hamster crew.
