No check light truck quit
I went on a trip wit my 99 dodge Durango slt 140k miles and just got a new head job a few months ago, 750 miles each way. Went down fine while I was down there getting a fridge. The check light came on and it was tps replaced it and light went out. About 250 miles from home oil pressure took a dip so I pulled over and noticed the oil was a quart low. So I put one in and kept going, about 90 miles from home it just quit the dash light up. No check engine light, looked at the dip stick and it was at the bottom of the stick. After bout 15 mins it finally started so I could at least get off the freeway. It won't start anymore. It has gas pressure and I tried taking a hammer and banging the gas tank while starting. I tested the crankshaft sensor. My question is where is it going, it was late and I haven't done much looking for leaks.
But I'm guessing a few possibilities is oil filter, oil cooler, oil pan, PVC valve, head gasket, blow by. I towed it home, is there any known problems with this truck.
