Default 4.7 throttle body spacer.

I have a 2000 Durango with the 4.7 looking for a little mpg increase. Was told a throttle body spacer from air raid would help me out. Was wondering if anyone out there has tried it or has a brand that does work. Thanks.

Throttle body spacers won't do anything, they're just paper weights.

Throttle body spacers work by giving the fuel and air a bit more room to mix before entering the intake. Since a fuel injected vehicle has no fuel in the throttle body, they do nothing.

Their only purpose is to differentiate thinking people from lemmings.
