Default Passenger Window Goes Down but not Up

My driver window regulator broke and i replaced it. After doing so, the passenger window will go down using the master switch or the passenger switch like normal but, it won't go back up. I tried a j/y master switch with no change. i also used a switch from the back doors and no change. In order to get it to go up, i made 2 jumpers and switched the polarity at the motor and it went up fine using the door switch which tells me the motor is fine. i searched a bit but didn't find the exact same problem. Thoughts?

So it is fixed!. I went to fix it expecting to find a short in the wiring. I used the continuity pen to see where the short was. I think the act of "pinning" the back of the plug moved a connection back onto the switch because it worked. I thought it was odd that it quit working while i was fixing the driver side and now i know why.

I hope my blunder helps someone else figure out their windows. Thanks to TNtech for the illustration which helped me figure out which wires to look at.
