Thanks, I have it somewhere, but I can't find it. I looked in the FAQ thread, I didn't see them, I will look again. I want all of them. But yes gv, that is one I am looking for too. - mental note - Scroll DOWN! But I was in a hurry in search of something that I still have not found the answer to, so NOW that I am no longer in a panic and needing these materials... I found them all.
