Default Leaking Coolant?

Over the summer I noticed that whenever I drove off after starting the car, I was leaving quite a puddle of water under the rig. I brushed it off to A/C condensation and it was a very hot summer. The other day, I started overheating. Low and behold the overflow tank was bone dry. Topped it off at the gas station and no more overheating. So where is the coolant going. Is this it leaking (see video). If so where is it leaking from? This was a cold start, water was cold. I don't appear to have any water in the oil, everything seems to be running good. Any ideas?

I had a plastic T fitting crack on the line that runs to the rear heat and it was leaking in the same area. that may be it.
