Well, now the Durango is running but the CEL is on and getting P1762 DTC, governor pressure offset. The tranny seems to shift OK. Fluid is a little low but not critical.


When I clear the code, the CEL goes out but the engine will not start.


When I reset the PCM by disconnecting the battery for 30 sec. and re-connecting it, the CEL comes back on and the engine will start and run fine.


Is this a tranny / sensor issue or have I once again gotten a crappy PCM?
