1998 Durango tilt Wheel Lever removal

How do I remove the tilt wheel lever so that I can replace the multi switch?

I haven't seen one on a 98 but I believe there is a flat spot where you can use a crescent wrench and turn it counter clockwise. Just like a bolt to remove.
