Where can I go and view the TSB's for my vehicle that's not going to charge me to view it. I already have the TSB number and issue date?

You can probably find them here if you search for the number.

Well no such luck finding them here, o well. I'll get it from the Dealership in town. So far they printed a couple off for me. Taking the 99 back to the transmission shop. This will be the 5th time after the Transmission was rebuilt almost two yrs now. At least they warrenty for two yrs. So far they replaced the tourge converter, shift module, pump. Last they could found anything wrong. Still not shifting right, plus i'm leaking fluid now. Thing they should put new one it, (doubt it). 5.9 liter with 46RE tranny
