Default Diagnose Squeak

My beloved 1998 5.2L 4WD SLT with 186k on the clock, starts, stops, drives and turns just fine. I recently replaced the AC condenser, radiator and trans-cooler. Now that I've got those parts bolted in and squared-away, my wife would like to drive this truck again.

Flash back before those unrelated repairs the truck had a bit of a squeak. Fast forward post-repair, the squeak is still squeaking away.

I suspected the power-steering pump as fluid was low. I addressed that minor deferred maintenance issue. So, now, I think the source of the squeak is coming from some place else.

Please help me diagnose this problem with an effective methodical technician's approach instead of the "throw parts and money at it until it's fixed" method.

I made a short video clip of the issue. Check it out,

Try replaciong the belt. I had a squeek like that on my truck. Spent quite a bit of time (and lots of WD40) trying to track it down. Finally replaced the belt (which was only a year or so old), no more squeek.

Spray WD-40 at the bearing areas of each pulley wheel individually, I suspect you'll notice an effect on one of them. I'd start with the small idler wheel below the Alt.
