Monday morning the security system went off. I got out, locked and unlocked the driver door. It stopped. Tuesday driving down the road security light flashed on and the D stopped. After an hour of my boyfriends dad fiddling w it on the side of the road it started. Ran good the rest of the day. Wednesday morning it did the same thing. Had to get it towed. Now it won't start!!! And if it does it only stays started for 30-45 seconds.

 

What year Durango. The keys are coded into the security system. Try a different key. You might have to get the system reprogrammed by a locksmith or dealer.
