Default Completely new front suspension, sway bar issue

I installed new control arms (upper and lower), spindles from an '03 and the appropriate bigger brakes, new hub assemblies too. When I got it all back together the sway bar doesn't quite want to seat into the LCA's. I got it to go but it is biased toward the passenger side by about 3/4" more than the driver side. What did I do wrong? I am using MOOG parts. My truck is an '01 SLT 4x4 with 4.7L. Thanks

Is it interfering with the alignment at all. As long as it isnt and is all buttoned up I don't see a problem leaving it like that after all its just a steel bar.

I haven't gotten it aligned yet. I didn't realize that the banjo bolt for the 01 calipers is a different thread pitch than the 03 calipers (1.0 vs 1.25) so I had to order new calipers which just arrived today. I had to get new calipers because i persuaded the banjo bolt to fit, only later realizing the difference. i hope to get it aligned this weekend.
