Default 1999 dodge durango V8 5.9L

hello i need some help. my '99 dodge durango 5.9 4x4 will not start. there was spark in the distributor but it was not being distributed to the cap and plugs, after changing the rear center speed sensor, i have spark and fuel. she STILL will not turn over, she does crank but wont turn over. there is a new cap and rotor as well as a new rear center speed sensor. i took the valve cover off and put in kn the compression stroke and realigned the distributor and put all wires back into firing position.

i would check for the strength of the spark and the fuel pressure, could be that while you have both one of them is on the weak side, fuel pressure should be 48-52 psi iirc, 50+ is preferred, and the plugs should be gapped to .040 and should be copper plugs, and the spark should be nice and hot (blueish tint), if its not the coil could be weak.
