MY mom in Cali is having headlight issues in her 98 Rango. Brights work and Low beams don't. I have the FSM for my 01 dako but the wiring is totally different for the 99-down. Was wondering if anybody has a link to the 98 FSM and/or can contribute to a bit of troubleshooting that I can instruct her over the phone?

edit- found the FSM in the FAQ. Still open to debug suggestions.
