Default durango suspension conversion

hey guys its been a while but my question today is that im wondering if anyone has converted there 03 durangos suspension to the earlier pre 02-and older durango suspension so that the lifts can be properly done? if anyone has done this then please add some pics and possibly a parts list to do it?

check the parts manuals in the FAQ thread, but your looking at replacing the entire front suspension (im not even convinced that there are any real difference besides maybe part numbers). You may also have to change out the brakes on the front end to the smaller package, IMO its not a good idea.

The only real difference was in from 99-2000. Thats when the went from a dana 35 to a chrysler diff. They also switched from a steering box to rack and pinion at that time. The chrysler diff is stronger and I do believe in 01 the brakes got bigger when they ditched the 15in rims and went with 16's.
